Call for sessions (Deadline June 1, 2015)

Dear colleagues,

The study of raw materials has been of major importance to infer important traits from past human populations. In the last decades, these have been progressively refined due to the increased use of high-resolution methods and quantitative data, mostly brought by other fields such as physics or chemistry. Considering such advances and the success of recent meetings, the University of Algarve with the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (IMF, Barcelona) will organize the international conference: Raw Materials Exploitation In Prehistory:

Sourcing, Processing and Distribution. to be held in Faro (Portugal) between 10-12 March 2016.

Call for sessions is now open until June 1, 2015.

Other important dates are:
October 15, 2015: Deadline for paper and poster abstracts.
November 1, 2015: Final program
March 10-12, 2016: Congress.
